Day 1-3: Worship of Goddess Durga (October 3rd – October 5th)
- Tamas Guna (Inertia and Darkness)
- Focus: Elimination of negative thoughts and impurities.
- Rituals:
- Poojas: Durga Pooja with sacred fire, flowers, and mantras.
- Chants: Recitation of Durga Suktam and other powerful hymns.
- Offerings: Red flowers, fruits, and sweets.
Day 4-6: Worship of Goddess Lakshmi (October 6th – October 8th)

Comfortable clothes, sandals, toiletries, personal items, meditation shawl for cool evenings, yoga mat, meditation cushion, notebooks, pens, towels and a torch.
Required Documents
International visitors must present their original passport with a valid Indian visa, which should be valid for the entire duration of their stay.
Indian visitors are required to present an Aadhaar Card or any other proof of address document, either in digital or physical form.

Accommodation
Our homestay offers a variety of accommodation options for our nature camp, with a total capacity of 35 guests. However, we are limiting the number of participants to 25 to ensure an intimate and serene experience.
- Cottage Accommodation:
We have five cottages, each capable of accommodating up to five members. If you are a family of five, we will provide you with a private cottage for a more secluded stay. - Shared Accommodation:
For families or groups with fewer than five members, we offer shared accommodation. This arrangement involves separate cottages for gentlemen and ladies, with each cottage accommodating up to five individuals. - Tent House Option:
For those who desire a more unique experience or wish to stay with their family in a separate setting, we offer high-quality tent houses. These can be used in conjunction with the cottage accommodation for added flexibility. - Facilities:
Our homestay is equipped with ample separate bathrooms and toilets for your convenience. Additionally, we offer a dormitory stay option for those who prefer a more communal setting.

Satvik Food
The Uttara Kannada people’s food is closely linked nature and the four seasons.
- Coconut, rice are the main food of Uttara Kannada people.
- Tender leaves, roots, seeds, nuts, and fruits which are available naturally are used extensively for cooking in the district.
- Jaggery, Ghee, butter milk are also an important ingredients used in everyday cooking.
- Aromatic,Appemidi, a wild mango variety available only in the Aghanashini river basin is used for making mouthwatering pickle.

International Certified Yoga Instructor
Shivani Pallavi, a devoted classical Hatha-Yoga teacher, embarked on her transformative journey at the prestigious Yoga Vedanta Dhanwantari Ashram in Neyyar Dam, Kerala. She served as a staff member for Shivananda International after her advanced teacher training course (ATTC) completion, deepening her understanding and mastery of yoga and its teaching methodologies. Shivani’s journey led her to teach at various institutions, including Cult Fit.
Today, she is the founder of Paraspara, a sanctuary dedicated to spreading yoga’s joy and wellness. As a Yoga Instructor at Samyoga Nature Clinic, Shivani continues to inspire and guide individuals towards holistic health and inner peace.
